A Culture of Inspired Positivity
At GAINS, college life is about more than just classes. Our campus life is intentionally designed to be Inspiring, Motivating, and Empowering, ensuring that every student is equipped to create a Real Impact after graduation.
You can take a break, stay fit, and refresh your mind through swimming, futsal, and badminton at local clubs. It’s all about relaxing and if required, competing—with support from the college, it’s easy to be part of it.
When it comes to studies, you don’t have to do it alone. Through Peer Assisted Learning (PAL), students under guided supervision of the concerned faculty member, help each other understand tough subjects in a simple and friendly way. At GAINS, you are Inspired, Motivated, and Empowered—so you can step forward and create your own Impact.

Saiyam Sarraf’s PAL sessions turned Calculus from something I was memorizing into something I actually understand—the way he explained concepts in CSIT 113: Calculus and Analytical Geometry made everything clearer and much easier to apply.

GAINS-ClassOuts is an experiential learning initiative that takes learning beyond the classroom through meaningful interaction with real-world professionals. Held frequntly, it brings together students from BBA, MBA, and BSc-CSIT programs for relaxed, conversation-based sessions. Much like a “time-out” in sports, ClassOuts offer a pause from routine classes to reflect, gain new perspectives, and re-energize learning.
During each session, guest experts share their journeys, experiences, and practical insights from their fields. The focus is on open conversation rather than formal lectures, encouraging students to ask questions and think more broadly. Each session continues over a simple shared breakfast, allowing discussions to flow naturally and connections to grow. Overall, GAINS-ClassOuts helps students learn from real experiences while building confidence, clarity, and direction for their future.
